Rose Balimba's Journey
đžÂ Rose Balimba was born from a desire to embellish food through original, colorful & fun tableware.
đ Faced with a tableware that is often serious, uncluttered, and rarely amusing, Rose Balimba wants to offer collections full of color through collaborations with quirky & talented artists.
đ With the idea of regularly renewing the themes and colors of the collections, each product is manufactured in small quantities, in limited edition, all handmade and painted in Portugal.
âïžÂ    Rose Balimbaâs aim is to shake up the tableware industry by proposing fun, pop & colorful ceramics to finally have fun with setting up your everyday table!Â
Our Concept
We designed 5 everyday key products :
đœïžÂ Large plates (for people who like eating in large plates, weâd rather put big cakes on them)
đ„ Small plates (for people who like having plates that look fuller! )
đ Pasta bowls (can also be nice for salads, just sayingâŠ)
đ„ŁÂ Bowls (for soups, cereals, chips, or whatever you wanna put in them)
â Mugs (mostly for tea and coffee, but should you want to put pens in them, no one will stop you)
đ We are aiming to have several collections per year. Every single one of them will be designed by a different artist in line with Rose Balimbaâs artistic direction (of course!). The shapes of the products wonât change, only the design will! So you will even be able to mix & match from all the different collections!
Our Production Process
đ All of our products are handmade, and hand painted in Portugal by a small family business.
đ We love our planet, and we want to keep her going as long as we can.  That is why Rose Balimba took a stand and decided to make all of its collections under the form of presales.Â
This means that we will produce only what you need/order. There will be no over production, no additional stocks.Â
đ The bulk order (1 per collection) will come by truck from Portugal to France and everything will be sent out from France directly.Â
đŠÂ Our packaging is of course all ecofriendly & recyclable !Â
