Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

If the order is placed before 12pm on a workday, the order will be shipped on that day. If the order is placed after 12pm, the order will leave on the next working day. 

Our warehouse is located in France. The shipping times will differ depending on the country of delivery.

For France, if your order is above 200 €, the shipping will be offered.

BREAKAGE

If your order is broken, you can send us the picture of the broken product and we will send you a new one free of charge.
